Salman Khan is celebrating his film Tubelight’s release this Eid but other than this, the actor is looking forward to other films in his kitty. The actor was of late busy shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai opposite Katrina Kaif.
If the sources are to be believed, Salman is all set to collaborate once again with his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri and filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar. Finally, the film’s title has been locked, it’s called Bharat. The film is known to be in its initial stages and the makers are still working on the theme of the film.
Madhur Bhandarkar’s short film Mumbai Mist shines at BRICS film festival
National award winning filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar who’s known for his unique set of films, recently got his short film premiered at a film festival. After Aamir Khan’s Dangal it was Madhur’s film Mumbai Mist that impressed the audiences in China.
The film that stars Annu Kapoor, Master Devrath, Parvin Dabas, Jonita Doda and Jitin Sippy was premiered at the BRICS film festival in Chengdu, China. According to sources, the film received wonderful response from its audiences and as well got a standing ovation from them. It’s not the first time Madhur’s films has fascinated its spectators.
Rajinikanth who’s in Mumbai since a while shooting for his much-anticipated next Kaala Karikalan has now kick-started the second schedule of the film with co-star Nana Patekar in the film.
Nana’s name was later revealed by the makers of the film. Kaala Karikalan is directed by Pa Ranjith and will be see Nana Patekar playing a negative role in the film. According to sources, soon after star Rajinikanth wraps up his schedule in Mumbai, the makers will start shooting again for the film in Chennai soon.
The film is produced by Dhanush’s home banner Wunderbar Films and will be released in three different languages including Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
